The level of amniotic fluid is measured when any signs or abnormalities are associated with very much or too little.

The Third Trimester Scan – 30 to 36 Weeks The fetus ultrasound scan is done during the third trimester of pregnancy with the assistance of an abdominal sensor during pregnancy weeks 34-36. At this stage of development, the fetus has all essential organs fully formed and the process of accelerated growth and development begins.
